Just moved here a month ago. The location is great, and it's fairly quiet for being right off the 1st Avenue Strip. The leasing office staff is great and very responsive when it comes to questions. The last two maintenance requests I placed were followed up promptly.

I love living here! The apartments are very nice and spacious, and have more than enough storage space inside (which I know I need) and that's more than convenient since inside storage is hard to come by in apartment living. We have lived here for a few years and are overall very happy. The neighborhood feels safe and everyone is friendly. Office staff are always courteous and helpful. They try to bring new activities throughout the year for residents to engage in. Whether it's summer food trucks or winter hot cocoa bars, you can actively engage with your neighbors and the staff. Great place to live! Near all your shopping needs plus the amenities at this place are really nice, such as a good size fitness center and a salt water pool in the summer! Good size laundry area if chose an apartment instead of a townhouse. Come check them out! Plus they are super nice in the office.
