OUR PET POLICY
- There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 at move-in, plus a monthly pet fee of $30.00 per dog or cat. Unauthorized pets found in your apartment home will be subject to a $500.00 monthly fee up until the date the lessee registers the pets and pays the required pet fee/deposit.
- Pets may be dogs, cats, or large birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Sun Conures, or other birds often let out of cages). No more than two (2) pets with combined weight of 150 pounds per apartment. We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserve the exclusive right to make final determination as to dog breed.
- Please review the Animal Addendum for the full pet policy. We comply with all Fair Housing requirements. Valid service and/or support animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the pet policy.
Pets allowed without deposits: No deposit is required for small birds, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish aquariums 5 gallons or less.
