I've moved around a couple times in the past few years and have dealt with different types of management. I prepared myself for more of the same when I moved to North Park Apartments but was pleasantly surprised at how great the staff have been and how easy they facilitated my move. They've been responsive and understanding which is a nice change from what I'm used to. Great location, pet friendly, and a nice environment from my experience so far.

Just moved here a month ago. The location is great, and it's fairly quiet for being right off the 1st Avenue Strip. The leasing office staff is great and very responsive when it comes to questions. The last two maintenance requests I placed were followed up promptly.

Have been here just over a month now. Maintenance is timely and helpful, staff is friendly and supportive, apartment is quiet and comfy. I'm so glad the staff from the office helped us, they made it such a breeze moving in, even checked on us after a few weeks to see how we were.

I love living here! The apartments are very nice and spacious, and have more than enough storage space inside (which I know I need) and that's more than convenient since inside storage is hard to come by in apartment living. The management and leasing staff are extremely kind and helpful, and they're really fun too! They always are so happy when I come into the office and it brightens my day. We have lived here for a few years and are overall very happy. The neighborhood feels safe and everyone is friendly. Office staff are always courteous and helpful. They try to bring new activities throughout the year for residents to engage in. Whether it's summer food trucks or winter hot cocoa bars, you can actively engage with your neighbors and the staff. Great place to live! Near all your shopping needs plus the amenities at this place are really nice, such as a good size fitness center and a salt water pool in the summer! Good size laundry area if chose an apartment instead of a townhouse. Come check them out! Plus they are super nice in the office.
